Although Rocket Companies had a tuition reimbursement benefit, participation was extremely low. Financial barriers to education were too high, and the enrollment process was manual and tedious. As a result, the company undertook a larger strategic initiative with Guild to provide equitable career growth opportunities for all team members while supporting priorities of the business. Program participation soared.
