Guild Opportunity Summit 2025: Three things we learned

Opportunity Summit is Guild’s flagship annual gathering that brings together employer partners, learning providers, and workforce development leaders. Through keynotes, workshops, and peer discussions, attendees will gain insights into workforce education trends, talent development strategies, and inclusive pathways to career mobility.

Opportunity Summit is an invite-only event, designed for leaders in HR, learning and development, talent strategy, and higher education who are committed to building equitable and scalable career opportunity programs. It’s especially valuable for Guild’s employer partners (both existing partners and those who want to learn more about us!) and learning partners as well as policymakers and innovators in the workforce ecosystem.

The next Opportunity Summit will be held October 13-15, 2026 in Denver, CO.

Registration information will be available in the spring on Guild.com and distributed to those on the invitation list. A registration pass includes access to all main sessions, breakout discussions, meals, and networking receptions. There is no virtual option during the event dates, but a limited number of recordings will be available after the event.

Expect a mix of inspiration and action. You’ll hear from thought leaders shaping the future of work and learning, engage in solution-driven sessions with peers, and leave with tangible ideas and connections to advance your organization’s opportunity strategy.
