We can meaningfully grow the pharmacist pipeline while simultaneously tackling declining pharmacy school enrollments if we develop pathways and evolve programming to bring pharmacy education within reach for thousands of frontline workers, and couple the new programs with employer-backed tuition assistance and Guild coaching and supports.
Guild has deep expertise at the intersection of work and learning and can help innovative learning providers evolve programming and improve both access and outcomes for working adults learners.
Together, we can mitigate the pharmacist crisis if we design for those we serve.

Open the door to pharmacy careers for a large and growing population of working adults with education benefits through Guild
Deepen relationships with healthcare and retail pharmacy employers who are eager to utilize the newly designed program to upskill their workforce into open pharmacy roles
